Marine Construction/Commercial Diving

Divecon is proud to have such a highly competent set of Superintendents, Supervisors, Divers, Tenders and Riggers. Each member of this team is very qualified and has undergone extensive training in safe practices. Our senior personnel include some of the most experienced “hands” in the industry, and work as a team along side our entry-level employees in order to provide them with further training to continue refining their job skills and broaden their knowledge base. Divecon is in full compliance with the Department of Transportation Operator Qualification Rule (49CFR Parts 195 & 192, referred to as “The OQ Rule”)
 

Vessel Crews

Every Divecon vessel member is USCG licensed and trained to meet the requirements of STCW 95 compliance. This group of highly skilled mariners includes some of the most experienced “live boat” and “4-point anchor” crews on both the West and Gulf Coasts. These crews have an outstanding history of safety and competently working the Pacific Ocean- from Alaska to Central America and all regions of the Gulf of Mexico.
 

Administrative Staff

Divecon has worked hard to assemble a strong administrative team back on shore. Each individual possesses tremendous organizational as well as interpersonal skills. They are dedicated to managing the many facets of administering the day-to-day business of the company while also implementing effective and efficient internal processes.
