J. Scott White

Office and Human Resources Manager

Mr. White was part of the Divecon team at its inception in June 2000. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the table with over 18 years of experience in the commercial diving and construction industry. Scott began with International Diving Services as the Assistance Accounting and Payroll Manager. Since then he has specialized in areas of business administration, California labor law, payroll and all human resource functions for American Pacific Marine. During his employment as the office and Human Resources Manager with Stolt Comex Seaway West Coast, Scott helped to implement many day-to-day administrative processes, employment policies and procedures and acted as a key liaison to corporate headquarters in Houston as well as becoming involved and administering all aspect of the West Coast IT department. Today, he is responsible for information technology and network services and security administration as well as human resources, employment benefits and payroll. Scott works directly with many Divecon clients in regards to all accounts receivables functions. He continues to oversee all of the daily operations of the office. His administration experience and organization skills coupled with his dedication to excellence greatly compliment the management team of Divecon.
