Joe Cooper

Chief Financial Officer

Joe Cooper is responsible for all financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and treasury functions. Joe joined Divecon in February of 2006 after running a successful distribution business for more than seven years. Prior to operating his own company, he worked for Mission Foods in Los Angeles, CA in the finance department. While at Mission Foods, Joe earned his M.B.A. from UCLA in the fully employed program. He is a licensed C.P.A. with auditing and tax experience from working for Arthur Andersen in Los Angeles, CA. Joe earned his undergraduate BA in Business Economics from U.C. Santa Barbara.
