Vice President, Operations

With more than 30 years of experience in the Diving Industry, Mr. Cover has a diverse technical and operational background that has included Surface supplied air and mixed gas diving, saturation diving, remotely operated vehicles, and atmospheric diving systems. Mr. Cover has been working with Divecon since its inception and has been instrumental in building the foundation of the company. Prior to working with Divecon, Mr. Cover worked for one of the world’s largest diving and marine contractors for over 20 years. During Mr. Covers career he has held several key positions in the industry including Operations Manager, Project Manager, Superintendent and Diver. Mr. Cover has completed operations in the Western, Eastern, and Gulf of Mexico Regions of the United States, as well as other parts of the world. His responsibilities with Divecon include the implementation and compliance of Company and Industry operating standards and policies, as well as safety and environmental regulations. Other responsibilities include strategic planning, process and workflow optimization, technical proposals, and operational planning to ensure success in executing our client’s projects.
