Jerry Zebor, CSP

Health, Safety, & Environmental Manager (HSE)

Mr. Zebor is responsible for driving Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) processes at Divecon Services for both West Coast and Gulf Coast operations. With 28 years of professional safety practice, and 10 years commercial diving experience, he brings seasoned professionalism to the HSE Department. Mr. Zebor is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with a BS degree from Southern Illinois University and an Air/Mixed Gas Diver diploma from Commercial Diving Center. His professional philosophy embraces ethical practice, organizational development, quality-based process management, and continuous improvement. Mr. Zebor continues to grow our robust Behavior Based Safety program, which leverages technology and includes a Predictive Accident Prevention model. He also ensures Divecon maintains strong and responsible stewardship of the environment. His department maintains all documentation related to HSE, such as statistics tracking, regulatory recordkeeping, client reports and medical activity. Prior to his position as HSE Manager, Mr. Zebor held positions as a Commercial Diving Instructor, HSE Manager in Iraq, and Vice President of Risk Control. Mr. Zebor was recognized for achieving the first OSHA VPP site in the State of Washington. He has broad HSE experience with various domestic and international industries, was an inland commercial diver in the Pacific Northwest, with oilfield experience in the Gulf of Mexico.
