Assets

Divecon Services has a full compliment of assets to serve our customers on the entire West Coast as well as in the Gulf of Mexico. Our equipment is well maintained and operational to meet the needs of all of our clients. Below is a select list of our major assets. We have the ability and capacity to support multiple highly demanding projects simultaneously.

The M/V Ocean Veritas, a 194 foot 4 Point Diving Support Vessel has a large open deck area, 20-ton A-frame, (1) 12-ton telescopic boom crane, and (1) 4.5-ton articulating crane. With 5500' of wire to each anchor, the Ocean Veritas covers a large area from the same anchor set in 30' to 1200' of water. The vessel is equipped with a complete Surface Gas diving system with built-in Deck Decompression Chambers (DDC's). The comfortable berths, full galley and laundering facilities allows the boat to accommodate 36 people for 45 days at sea.

The M/V RMS Citation is specially equipped and rigged to perform Marine Construction, Surface Air & Surface Gas Diving, ROV Operations, Coring Operations and Subsea Completion Wireline Operations. The 177' versitle workboat has a 4-Point mooring system, large open deck space, 25-ton A-frame and a 25-ton articulating crane. With 3600' of wire to each anchor, the M/V RMS Citation covers a large area from teh same achor set in 30' to 1000' of water. The vessel is also equipped with a 28" moon pool for coring operations. The M/V RMS Citation is albe to comfortablly accommodate 34 people at sea for 45 days.

The M/V Pacific Star is specially rigged to perform Marine Construction, Surface Air & Gas Diving, ROV Operations, Coring Operations and Subsea Completion Wireline Operations. The 176' Vessels has (2) 5-ton articulating cranes, comfortable berths and a full galley with cook and laundering facilities. The vessel is able to accommodate 19 people at sea for 60 days.

Our Hysub 20 Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) system is designed for rapid mobilization onto Divecon's vessel or vessel of opportunity. It provides our operators with enhanced capabilities when working on pipelines, offshore platforms, power/communication cables and dams, as well as performing scientific surveys. It has a depth capacity of 2,500 feet and completes inspection and light work class tasks. Additionally, we operate two inspection-class Phantom HD2+2 ROV systems. The Phantom ROV systems are air transportable and have depth capacities of 1,000 and 2,000 feet.

Multiple Surface Supplied Air & Mixed Gas Diving Systems have been built to the highest standards and are operated in the Pacific West Coast and in the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, we own and operate numerous other support equipment such as High Pressure Hydro-blasters, Jet Pumps, Hydraulic Power Packs, NDT Inspection Packages, Pipeline Repair Equipment, Underwater Burning Gear, Winches and Air Tuggers, and various other repair and inspection tools.
